Also a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Dr Johnston had a distinguished career in the Air Force before retiring to the local area. Thomas Bender III, MD Board Certified Dermatologist completed his undergraduate degree at the United States Air Force Academy and Medical School at Tulane University in New Orleans. He is a specialist in general dermatology, cosmetics, lasers, and hair restoration.
