Baja Fresh Mexican Grill

Since 1990, Baja Fresh has been feeding fresh Mexican fare to people all over the country. It prides itself on not using microwaves, freezers, lard, or MSG, and on using fresh, non-canned ingredients. Meats are flame-grilled to order. Find classic Mexican items like tacos, burritos and nachos. This location in the dining terrace at Westfield Mall Century City also sells new Baja Fresh items like grilled mahi-mahi tacos and the mango chipotle chicken salad. Baja Fresh gained some notoriety for having a "fix-ins" type bar with a Mexican flare. This location has five sauces sitting on ice ranging from mild to fire-hot, as well as fresh jalapeños and more for customers to pile on their meals as high as they like. Refills are free on sodas. This location also does catering for parties.
