Descriptions Buena High School, located in Ventura, Calif., is a four-year comprehensive high school with more than 1,800 students. It is affiliated with the Ventura Unified School District and is a fully equipped school in the area of technology with a fiber-optic network and more than 400 computers on campus. It has a variety of organizations and clubs, such as a marching band, pageantry, drum line, orchestra, music band and various other clubs. The school offers a wide range of subjects that include English, foreign language, fine and practical arts, business education, industrial arts, mathematics, science, social science, social studies and physical education. It also offers special education, music and drama. Buena High School provides a variety of sports activities, such as basketball, football, soccer, softball and water polo. |

Buena was great. I started high school out of state in the inner-city, and Buena was honesty the most well rounded school I attended. Any review talking about drug use is small town relativism....

Buena is the worst high school. Don't take your kids there, it's full of kids who do drugs and no one even the teachers don't give shits about you.

Came here for the Billy Clower Dance Showcase. The theater is large and clean. You can sit anywhere and see the stage clearly. Sound system wasn't cooperating but it didn't take away from the...
