Descriptions Carrabba s Italian Grill is a chain of casual dining restaurants with locations throughout the United States. Carrabba s is owned and operated by OSI Restaurant Partners. OSI Restaurant Partners' portfolio of brands consists of Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Roy's, Lee Roy Selmon's, Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits and Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants. It has operations in 50 states and 20 countries internationally. Carrabba s serves flavorful Italian dishes prepared from ingredients imported from around the world--fresh mussels rope grown in the icy cold waters off the coast of Prince Edward Island, or Borges extra virgin olive oil imported from Catalonia, Spain, and Garafolo pasta imported from a small town outside Pompeii. The restaurant uses only USDA Choice beef, and its chicken and fish are always fresh, never frozen. It also offers specialty drinks, including a citrotini, Italian sangria, pomegranate martini and wild berry cocktail. The restaurant features a dining room, patio and bar, with seating for more than 240 people. Carrabba s also offers gift cards for birthday parties, anniversaries and family celebrations. I had the shrimp and scallops with angel hair pasta on the side and it was great. You could tell it was made fresh and everything was cooked perfectly. The wine selection was great, too....

Been years since I have been in a Carrabas Food was pretty good but the broccoli was way over cooked and may have been frozen. Service needed work. The wine pours are generous
