I switched my pharmacy today to the CVS on West Chester Pike. The staff on Miles Road are rude and not helpful. I will not go back to this store.

Waited 40 mins for someone to open a window in drive thru when there was 6 people behind me. Was told my prescription was ready by text and then i was told to come back tomorrow.

The worst. Rude over worked staff. Always concerned they are gonna make mistake. Usually go to Walgreens up the road and today was reminded why I do.

In person staff is ok, but over the phone they are very rude..they are always calling my phone then when I call back they have no idea why they called--recently changed my number; they are not...
