Bought a battery pack for my kid for Xmas. Asked specifically that it be charged...fighting traffic for an hour to go a few miles, only to find out, it is a dead pack. Beyond mad. Way to check...

This place is great. Always nice people behind the counter. They honor their insurance on games. Storefront is great not so much online.
