Great place to work out. So far the people have been good about gym etiquette. Decent amount of treadmills, bikes, assisted machines etc... free-weight room is a bit smaller than I'd like....

It was a great club when they first opened. The equipment was clean and if something broke they fixed it right away. Now it takes weeks sometimes months to fix anything They cant fix the TV's....

I am very pleased with the classes at the In-Shape Suisun. Zumba has wonderful instructors Jennifer, Coco, Ale to mention a few are my favorite they are Latin base classes Ujam is amazing its hip...
