Took forever for my oil change. Paid way to much for a regular oil change! Never filled my washer fluid so thinking they never checked the other fluids. What happened to the $19.95 oil change!?

Got there at 10am, Waited 20 minutes to see if store will open and only to find an employee waiting for the store manager to open. He never showed and I left. Velasquez mufflers did my oil change...
