I ordered my sandwich at 8:53Pm Monday evening. It arrived to my hotel room about a half of a mile away at 9:01. Amazingly fast! Could not believe it! 5 stars!

I have been ordering Jimmy Johns for over 20 years from the Saint Paul grand ave location however I'v had many problems at the Eagan location on Cliff. They have consistently screwed up my orders...

Worst service out of any Jimmy Johns I've been too. It took me over an hour to have a sandwich delivered across the street during my lunch break. I am still waiting....

This location is pure PURE trash. Ordered a veggie with bacon Dijon and peppers. Received no bacon, Dijon or peppers. It is so easy to make a sandwich right. Absolutely unacceptable. Fail....
