Descriptions Located just over the Park Slope border in Prospect Heights, the NYPD 78th Precinct encompasses all of Park Slope, and, since 1993, Prospect Park as well. The Precinct Community Council meets at 7:30pm on the last Tuesday of every month at 78th Precinct station house. |
