I just left there after ordering my food then waiting 20 minutes and still no food. I went in and there was only myself and a couple that ordered before me. So it's not like the place was packed....

This place never fails to disappoint. Just went thru drive-thru and ordered boneless wings with fries, extra side of black beans and rice and a 2 pc chicken. Got our bag and the wife checks it....
