Don't buy the bed bases from Sleep Number. They're very expensive and if you want to return it, they will not refund your money, all sales are final! They should have been more up front about this...

The follow-up and customer service by the Sleep number bed folks as a whole is very good, they helped us with getting set up on the isleep app and with other issues when the mattress pad arrived...
