Receptionists are great but patients are slow so get here early. My appointments ALWAYS start very late. Why can't they get their timing down? Doctors are okay but rushed.

Reception was a bad start. Front desk staff spoke in a robotic monotone, telling me to do this and that, never once looking up to make eye contact, smile or in any way make me feel like a human...
